We at Daedalus Media Group have always put the health safety of our customers and team mates first. Now more than ever , as we adapt to this new environment, that foundation has not changed. We are constantly evolving to meet and exceed any and all safety recommendations from the CDC. In that spirit, the following guidelines will be enacted for all photo shoots:

• Please arrive ON TIME for your time slot to minimize social contact and avoid crowds

• If you feel ill, has a high temperature or a cough DO NOT COME TO THE PHOTO SHOOT

• Do not arrive in groups or bring unnecessary family/friends into the photo area

• Our staff will be wearing protective gear for everyone’s safety

• There will be no sharing of equipment, outfits, or props during the shoot

• Group photos will be created in our studio AFTER the photo shoot, from the individual photos

• Hand sanitizer will be available before and after the photos shoot

• All subjects will be asked to agree to and sign our COVID 19 liability waiver prior to the shoot.

• At game/action shoots, our staff will always maintain a great distance from all players, typically on the opposite side of the field or court from them.
